Our yoga teacher training program is designed to provide aspiring yoga teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective and compassionate instructors. The program is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and covers a wide range of topics, including yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, sequencing, and teaching methodology.
Over the course of the program, students will deepen their understanding of the philosophy and teachings of yoga, and develop a strong foundation in anatomy and alignment. They will also learn how to create safe and inclusive spaces for students, and develop the skills necessary to teach a wide range of classes, from beginner to advanced.
The program is taught by experienced yoga teachers who are committed to providing students with a supportive and nurturing learning environment. Students will have the opportunity to practice teaching in a supervised setting and receive feedback from their peers and instructors.
Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). This certification will enable them to teach yoga classes in studios, gyms, and other settings, and to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
