The Yoga Studio
The studio features 2 - 6 yoga classes per day. Mixing in Hot Yoga and Traditional Yoga. Many Classes are beginner friendly and there is a variety of classes to fit your needs! Whether you are searching for the physical benefits, mental benefits, or a mixture of the two!
The Cafe
The Cafe is the perfect breakfast and lunch option for vegan and plant-based menu items. Locally owned and operated by Destin Coffee they feature locally roasted coffee. The vegan breakfast and lunch menus boast a selection of plant based options from acai bowls, smoothies, juices, vegan desserts and baked goods.
