This class invites you to hold poses for several minutes at a time, inviting in stillness as you deeply nourish your body. Our bodies build up connective tissue (fascia) in many different ways, and this is what causes us to feel “tight” or “stiff.” The work of this practice is to release layers of connective tissue leaving you feeling free, open, mobile, and overall better in your body! We all strive to feel good as long as we can in this lifetime, and this class is the prescription for just that. As we make space in the physical body, we will also make space in our emotional and spiritual bodies. This class is a release, a dose of soul medicine, a time to be still, and an EXHALE.
