 Creative Sequencing is about tapping into your more rhythmic side when writing a vinyasa sequence. Much like a choreographed dance where you don’t use a set of moves to connect one part of the dance to the other; with fluid sequencing there isn’t a need for a Vinyasa to bring balance to both sides of the body. You’ll learn how to connect asanas that will glide into each other, seamlessly connecting your flow from the left to the right without incorporating a vinyasa element. It will bring your teaching into a one breath, one movement action while provoking a meditative mindset as the body finds comfort in the repetition.
