As a small token of our ongoing appreciation for the military community that surrounds Destin we are inviting you to practice with us each and every month!

Sign up for class in advance to reserve your spot. Please bring a military ID to receive a complimentary Drop In!

Join us at Boshamps located on the harbor for a beach yoga flow!

This class will be an all levels flow and all are welcome!

Bring your own mat, blanket, or towel! Don't forget water and sunscreen!

Park in the Boshamps parking lot and follow the boardwalk down to the beach. 

 Restaurant opens at 11 am for lunch!
